As much as I loved having my first cup of coffee and bowl of oats in almost a month yesterday morning, I was back on the greens this morning.
They are seriously addictive. But it’s not just that.
I’ve come to love making a smoothie in the morning and drinking half while I get ready for work and the other half when I get to work. I put chia seeds only in the second half, so they have time to expand. It’s become my new routine, and it makes me happy. So I’ll stick to it, at least until the next new routine develops.
Anyone else out there with routines, morning or otherwise, that simply add a little happiness to your day?
