I was running late this morning, so I sacrificed my morning green smoothie for an old favorite: oats in a jar.
1/2 cup of oats, 1/4 cup of walnuts, 1/2 Tablespoon chia, and a whole lot of cinnamon. I added water when I got to work, microwaved, and ate. Happily.
